Know what you’re buying.
Who can use the license?
One named user may activate up to two Windows PCs for their work. One person may work under the license at a time. Separate offline PCs do not share a live concurrency check.
What happens after 12 months?
You may keep using and reinstalling your purchased version and eligible updates. Security patches and bug fixes released within 12 months of purchase are included. Later updates and major versions are not promised.
What support is included?
Purchase, license, and download-access help; installation and setup email help for 30 days after purchase; and ongoing bug reporting. No guaranteed response time or unlimited consulting.
Can I work offline?
Internet is needed for initial activation, downloads, and updates. Normal local work does not require periodic online license verification.
What is the refund policy?
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund ends the license and online access; your local files are not deleted. Offline revocation takes effect when the application next connects.
Is Microsoft Project required?
Microsoft Project Desktop installed on Windows is required only for .mpp import and manual refresh.
Does this include Team?
No. Team is planned separately. Release timing, pricing, and migration terms have not been announced.
