Approved refunds are returned through the original purchase channel and payment method. Bank processing times vary. Pending or failed refunds require follow-up; a request is not the same as completed reimbursement.

A refund ends your license and online download/activation access. Your local company files are not deleted. Offline revocation takes effect when the application next connects.
