License allowance
The Standalone offer is licensed to one named user for commercial or personal work on up to two activated Windows PCs. One person may use the license at a time. It does not include shared Team access or a pooled multi-user license.

Continued use and updates
No subscription or annual renewal is required to keep using the purchased version. Security patches and bug fixes released within 12 months of purchase are included. Customers retain reinstall access to their purchased version and eligible updates. Later releases and major upgrades are not promised.

Activation and offline use
Internet is required for initial activation, downloads, and updates. Normal local use does not require periodic online license checks. Device replacement must be handled through the verified portal or support recovery process.

Refunds and license ending
A successful full refund ends the license and online entitlement. Local company files are not deleted. A disconnected installation may receive revocation only when it next connects.

Purchase, license, and download-access help is included. Installation/setup email help lasts 30 days from purchase. Bug reports may be submitted afterward. No response-time guarantee or unlimited consulting is included.
