These terms apply when you use BizMadeSimple, buy store tools, access your portal, download files, or request guided setup services for a BizMadeSimple Workbook.

Store And Downloads

Purchased files, templates, downloadable resources, AI Setup Guides, and free portal gifts are for your personal use or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share BizMadeSimple files as your own product.

Workbook Templates, Template Packs, And Guided Setup

BizMadeSimple Workbook Templates and Template Packs are starting points that can be configured around your workflow. Guided setup scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before paid setup work begins.

Portal Access

Your portal uses secure email links. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and only using links sent to you. My Tools may include downloads, Setup Recommendation details, AI Setup Guides, Workbook Templates, Template Packs, guided setup requests, profile details, and help information.

Payments And Refunds

Digital purchases are generally final once delivered unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing. If something does not work as expected, contact support so we can review it.

Intellectual Property

BizMadeSimple tools, templates, downloads, Workbook designs, writing, visuals, and configuration methods belong to Data Check-in LLC unless clearly stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass secure access controls.
• Do not upload or send harmful, unlawful, or sensitive information through forms.
• Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content or downloads without permission.

Third-Party Providers

BizMadeSimple uses providers such as AWS and Stripe to operate the site, deliver files, and process payments. Those providers may have their own terms.

Disclaimer

BizMadeSimple tools are provided as business productivity tools. You are responsible for reviewing whether a tool, download, or configured Workbook fits your business needs.

AI Setup Guides

AI Setup Guides are optional prompt guides for planning and configuration with your preferred or company-approved AI tool. BizMadeSimple does not require built-in AI and does not require sending customer data to AI. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
